Tuesday, March 16, 2010 Johannesburg, South Africa - Embattled Rochester Fire Chief John Caufield can be heard on secret audio tape recordings, obtained anonymously by WHEC TV-10, seemingly threatening the life of City Hall Budget Director Bill Ansbrow. Caufield made the allegedly threatening remarks at a fire hall last December, 2009.
